
According to case e par. 1 article 20B Immigration Code (L. 4251/2014), the legal acts of parental grant, donation deed and inheritance regarding a Real Estate property with a value of at least 250,000 euro, render the receiver eligible to apply for residence permit in Greece.
Essentially, the above provision indicates that if a parent proceeds to a parental grant of a property with value of 250,000 euro and the child is 21 years old or older, then the child, his family as well as the parents become eligible for a five-year residence permit (Golden Visa).
