Deadline extensions for Real Estate Property declarations

Following a decision by the administrator of AADE (Independent Authority of Public Revenues) Georgios Pitsilis, the following deadlines are extended until January 2021:

For submission of “Informative Particular declarations for Real Estate Rentals”, initial or amending, for rentals which were valid until 12th June 2020. This extension applies to rentals which were concluded before 01.01.2014, for which there was not obligation to submit “Informative Particular declarations for Real Estate Rentals”.

For submission of rental termination declaration, in case it has been resolved until 12th June 2020. It is noted that in case the termination is not declared until the above deadline, the rental agreement is considered in validity.

In addition, with the same decision, the deadline of submitting a “Covid Declaration” or “Informative Particular declarations for Real Estate Rentals” for months March until August 2020 is extended until 31st December 2020 for lessors who receive a notification by the Tax Administration for correction of errors or omissions.
