Lydia was born in Thessaloniki and raised in Edinburgh, Scotland. After completing a Degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB Honours) from The University of Edinburgh in 2022, which included modules in Scottish, English, European, and International Law, Lydia passed the requalification exams for the Greek Bar Association, showcasing a strong commitment to both international legal standards and local legal expertise. In early 2025, she was officially registered with the Thessaloniki Bar Association and began gaining legal experience through a traineeship at Georgaki and Partners Law Firm. In addition to her practical training, she is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Business and Economic Law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Fluent in both Greek and English, Lydia brings a diverse and international perspective to her legal practice.
